The License To Operate as Distributor and Wholesaler of Healthcare Products was applied with the Department of Health, Bureau of Food and Drug on April 19, 2007 and was approved on July 4, 2007 under LTO No. RDI-RX-DW-158.

Major principals are SEL-J Pharmaceuticals, Marketlink, Inc., FVA Pharma . Stratlink Inc.,
And Pacific Healthcare. Presently, the Company is Negotiating with two other Principals
to distribute other Pharmaceutical Products.
